Transportation screws are used for various purposes. For the sake of simplicity, we have chosen to utilize terms that best describe the basic properties of the screws or rotors in question.

In troughs and motors, we use materials such as standard steel, heavy duty steel, stainless steel/acid-proof steel, polyethylene and combinations of these. For our operations, we use electric or hydraulic motors, with gears and parts from accredited suppliers. As our standard, we employ solid axel joints.

Transportion screw To transport bulk substances.
Dosage screw To feed dosages of a specific volume.
Discharge screw To discharge substances or empty containers.
Lifting screw Basically, a vertically or diagonally positioned transportation screw.
Distribution screw To channel dosages to several outlets.
Strainer screw To transport wet bulk substances, combined with liquid drainage capabilities.
Cooling screw

To cool and transport bulk substances. This element can also be used for heating purposes.
Pressure screw To squeeze out liquid and simultaneously transport bulk substances or cargo.
Mixer
To mix – on a continuous basis - various bulk substances, or to mix them in a batch.
Spare parts
Winding screws For the replacement of existing screws or construction of new rotors.
Spiral screws For centerless screws.
Rotors For new and existing screws.

Sample rotors

Rotors, with double threads at the inlet point, and threads that have increasing gradients toward the outlet point, can be used to empty dry substances from containers, in cases where there are strict requirements for a stable, continuous discharging process. This reduces the risk of substances spilling out of the container in an uncontrolled manner.

Rotors, with notches along the outer circumference or diameter of the tube, are utilized for crushing and mixing.

Centerless screw rotors have many applications. They are very suitable as screws used in long transport because they do not require intervening layers or sheet liners. They are used for draining, liquid removal, mixing or transportation.

Rotors with an opening toward the central tube have the same applications as centerless rotor screws, but the longer lengths require an intervening layer or sheet liner.

Rotors with conical central tubes are primarily used as pressure screws.

Rotors, standard.
